Frequently Asked Questions
Where are you located?
We are located in Elkhart, IN!
How long does this process take?
The process can range anywhere from 10-20 weeks depending on when your bouquet was delivered to our shop. This is subject to change due to the number of orders received during specific months.
How long will my pressed flowers last?
As long as you take care of your frame your flowers will last forever! But please be aware that your flowers will fade overtime. Make sure to keep your flowers away from direct sunlight and away from any humid areas (ex. the bathroom). If you follow those steps, your flowers should stay around forever 🙂
Will every flower be used in my finished piece?
I will press most flowers from your bouquet, but depending on the size of the frame and the layout chosen it is possible that not every pressed flower will be used. Due to the fragile state that flowers are in after they are pressed, they will not be returned to you unless specifically asked.
What do flowers look like after the drying process?
Many flowers will change once they are dry. For example, red roses will turn into a darker burgundy color, white roses turn into a cream or yellow tone. Tropical flowers also show the biggest change once they are dry, this is shown most in Anthuriums.
What flowers preserve the best?
Flowers that press the best:
Roses, anemones, peonies, ranunculus, tulips
dahlias, lisianthus, poppy, carnations, gerber daisy, proteas
any wildflowers, hydrangeas, hibiscus, larkspur, white orchids
sunflowers, any greenery/thistle/fillers, succulents, cactus, palms
Colors that last a long time (without color correction):
Reds, oranges, greens, some blues, yellows, purples, black
Colors that fade quickly:
White (usually yellows), pinks, light blues, light yellows
Do you offer color enhancement?
Yes, we do! I offer color enhancing on all white flowers and any other flowers that need correcting. We try to keep your flowers as natural looking as possible, and will usually only color enhance flowers that need a bit of help.

When we send the final product back it will be sent with a signature required upon delivery. If this is a problem please let us know right away!
