Shipping Information

We do not send you anything for shipment, shipping the bouquet to us is your responsibility. The client is in charge of materials and shipping to us. Instructions on how to do so below!

Gather Your Materials

• An adequate box that will keep bouquet upright
• Smaller box to act as a vase base, like a tissue box (optional)
• Packing paper or something similar
• Paper towel
• Plastic Ziploc bag
• Rubber bands
• Scissors
• Tape
• Printed PDF

Prep Flowers

Freshly cut stems to fit the box height. Remove any ribbons, pendants, paper, dress lace, etc. that you want to keep before shipping.

Wrap Flowers

• Dampen the paper towel and use it to wrap ONLY THE STEMS, then cover the stems with a plastic bag, and secure with rubber bands.
• Make sure water is not able to escape out of the Ziplock bag (this step is very important as any moisture on the flowers will increase the chances of wilting and molding during the shipping process)!
• Wrap a layer or two of paper towel around the flowers and secure paper towels with a piece of tape, so that they are covered and protected.

Prep Box

Add crumbled packing paper or something similar to the outer edges to create a barrier for the bouquet to sit in. (Do NOT use bubble wrap or other plastic packing materials as these will trap the moisture in the box and could increase the chances of your flowers wilting and molding during the shipping process)

Assemble

• If you have a smaller vase like box: insert the wrapped stems into the “vase” box opening to stabilize the blooms, and place it on the bottom, center of your shipping box.
• OR: Place your bouquet in the center of the box (stem side at the bottom).

• Make sure the surrounding barrier supports your bouquet.
• Grab a couple more pieces of paper towel and wrap them over top of the flowers so that they are completely covered.
• Once they are all covered, use more packing material to add to the top of the box.

Ship!

Fill out the PDF, and place inside the box at the top!
Take it to UPS and pay for the shipping to our shop location. We highly recommend overnight or 1-2 day shipping!
